Terms of Service

Welcome to QuantBot. By accessing or using our platform at quant-bot.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

QuantBot is operated by Codevoai FZC LLC (License No. 4429748.01), registered at Business Centre, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

• "Platform" — the quant-bot.com website and all its services.
• "User" — any person who registers for or uses the Platform.
• "Strategy" — an algorithmic trading strategy provided through the Platform.
• "AI Mentor" — the AI-powered educational assistant available on the Platform.
• "Subscription" — a recurring payment plan granting access to Platform features.

QuantBot teaches a methodology for building algorithmic trading strategies, and supports that teaching with strategies we generate ourselves. Your subscription buys access, for the subscription period, to learning material on the methodology, an AI assistant that explains trading and strategy-building concepts, and a library of strategy files we generate on our own hardware and make available as part of that support.

The strategies are a worked output of the method, produced with computing resources you would otherwise have to buy and run yourself. Individual strategies are not sold or priced separately and cannot be bought without a subscription.

We do not issue trading signals, calls, or trade instructions and do not tell anyone what to trade or when. We are not a broker, do not hold, manage, or have access to client funds, do not trade on anyone’s behalf, and hold no broker credentials. We do not charge performance fees or take any share of trading profits; the subscription price is the same regardless of your results.

Strategies you install execute according to their published logic on your own account, with your own broker, at position sizes you choose, under your control and at your own risk.

• Email verification is required before first login.
• You must provide accurate, current information.
• One account per person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at info@quant-bot.com.

• Three tiers are available: Free ($0), Trader ($49/month), and Master ($149/month).
• Payments are processed via NowPayments in cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20).
• No refunds on crypto payments — subscriptions expire at the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice.
• Yearly plans are available at a 15% discount.

• Strategies are provided as-is for educational and informational purposes.
• Past performance, whether backtested or live, is not a reliable indicator of future results, and no strategy is offered with any guarantee of performance or profitability.
• Past backtest results do not guarantee live trading outcomes.
• The User is solely responsible for all trading decisions.
• A strategy may be published in more than one form: a compiled expert that runs but cannot be read, the source code it was compiled from, and the native project file it was generated in. Each form is released at its own tier, and a plan grants the forms at or below the User’s tier. Which forms exist for a given strategy is stated on that strategy’s page.
• Access to a strategy is determined by the tier it is published at, and access to each form of it by the tier that form is published at. No plan carries a guaranteed number of strategies or of forms, and we make no commitment as to how many strategies are published or how often.
• Files are for the User’s own trading accounts and may not be resold or redistributed. The licence in “Licence to Strategy Files” below governs what may be done with them.

Strategy files you download during an active subscription are licensed to you for use on your own trading accounts only. The licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and does not permit resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or making the files available to any third party.

Cancelling your subscription ends access to the platform and to further downloads; files already downloaded remain licensed under these same restrictions for your own accounts.

You may modify strategy files for use on your own trading accounts. A work that reproduces a substantial part of our strategy files remains subject to this licence and may not be sold, published, distributed, or made available to any third party. Adjusting parameters, renaming, recompiling, or converting to another file format does not create a new work for this purpose.

Your own work is your own. Nothing in this section restricts strategies you build yourself, including strategies informed by what you learn from ours or from our published methodology. What is restricted is the redistribution of our files and of works reproducing a substantial part of them.

Our published performance record reflects our own live trading of the published strategies, on our own accounts, with real capital at risk.

The record covers the whole period since each strategy was published, without selected windows. Figures are net of spread, commission and swap, and are stated independently of position size so that they describe the strategy rather than the stake used to test it. Backtested figures shown alongside are simulated, not achieved, and are labelled as such.

The record is append-only: recorded trades are never edited or deleted. It contains no subscriber data, so a subscriber’s erasure request never alters anything that has been published.

Past performance, whether simulated or actual, is not a reliable indicator of future results. These figures are evidence of how the strategies behaved on our accounts. They are not a promise or projection of your results, which will differ with your broker, spreads, position sizes, timing, and capital.

The AI Mentor is an educational tool powered by a third-party large language model. It is not a financial advisor and nothing it produces is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

The AI Mentor can be wrong. Like all large language models it can produce statements that are inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or entirely fabricated while sounding confident and precise. It may misstate how a platform works, misdescribe a strategy, or generate figures that have no basis. You must independently verify anything you intend to rely on before acting on it.

You are responsible for your own trading decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuantBot accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI Mentor output, including trading losses. Never place a trade, size a position or alter a strategy solely because the AI Mentor suggested it.

• Do not enter passwords, API keys, broker credentials or other secrets into the chat.
• Usage allowances: Free (10 questions in total), Trader (30 per day, 300 per month), Master (80 per day, 1,000 per month). Daily allowances reset at midnight UTC and monthly ones on the first of the month. We may adjust these allowances to keep the service sustainable.
• Conversations are saved to your account so you can return to them. They are deleted permanently after 90 days without activity on your account, and immediately if you delete your account or erase your history from the Profile page.

We link to third-party trading software (such as StrategyQuant X and EA Studio) as a partner. Where a purchase is made through our link or coupon code, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

These products are sold, licensed and supported by their respective vendors, not by QuantBot. Your licence, payment and support relationship for those products is with the vendor. We are not responsible for their software, pricing, availability or refund decisions.

We sometimes offer bonus access to QuantBot for customers who purchase a partner product through us. Where such an offer applies:

• The bonus is 3 months of Master access, applied to the QuantBot account the claim is submitted from.
• The purchase must be made through our partner link or coupon code. Purchases we cannot match to our partner records are not eligible.
• One bonus per purchase. The same order or receipt number cannot be claimed more than once, or by more than one account.
• Every claim is verified against the partner's records before the bonus is applied.
• If the underlying purchase is later refunded, cancelled or charged back, the bonus is revoked and any remaining bonus months are removed from the account.
• The bonus grants subscription access only.
• Bonus months do not renew. When they end, the account returns to the free plan unless a subscription is purchased.
• Submitting false or altered purchase information is grounds for removing the bonus and terminating the account under Prohibited Use.

We may change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Claims already approved are honoured.

• All strategies, code, content, and materials are owned by QuantBot.
• Downloading strategies grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence.
• Access to the platform and to further downloads lasts only while your subscription is active. Files already downloaded remain licensed for use on your own trading accounts, subject to the restrictions in Licence to Strategy Files.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share strategies with third parties, whether unchanged or modified.
• Decompile or otherwise convert a compiled strategy file in order to obtain source code your subscription does not include. Inspecting and modifying files your subscription does entitle you to is permitted and expected — see Licence to Strategy Files.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use automated tools to scrape Platform content.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purposes.
• Send data to the trade-reporting endpoint other than from a QuantBot recorder running on your own terminal, at its normal reporting interval.
• Submit falsified, replayed, or altered trade data, or attempt to report on behalf of an account you do not own.
• Share, publish, or reuse a reporting key issued to you, or attempt to authenticate against a key that is not yours.

Enforcement. The trade-reporting endpoint is rate limited per account. Requests beyond that rate are refused. An account that repeatedly fails authentication is disabled automatically and stops accepting data until a QuantBot administrator restores it; a disabled account keeps the history it has already reported. Deliberate abuse — forged data, key sharing, or attempts to authenticate against another user’s account — is grounds for terminating the QuantBot account under this section. These limits exist so the service stays fast and its records stay trustworthy for everyone; a correctly configured recorder will never reach them.

• QuantBot is not liable for any trading losses incurred through the use of our strategies or tools.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in subscription fees in the preceding 12 months.
• We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or completeness of Platform services.
• Strategies and AI Mentor are educational tools, not trading recommendations.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, access to strategies and premium features ceases immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE.

• We may update these terms at any time.
• Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
• Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
